- Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida in June, 1970 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in March, 1976.

- After admission to the Florida Bar in November, 1976, Mr. Fraser worked in the firm of Dempsey & Kelly, later known as Dempsey & Slaughter, until January 15, 1979, when he opened his own law office.
- Mr. Fraser served as lead or sole counsel in Federal District Court in several criminal and civil cases involving the Civil Rights Acts, the Federal Tort Claim Act and a common law contract action. The vast majority of litigation experience has been obtained in the Circuit CourtĀ of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. He served as sole or lead counsel in criminal cases, personal injury actions, insurance coverage cases, suits involving real estate conveyances, dissolutions of marriage and other civil matters. In 30 years of practicing law, Mr. Fraser has participated in hundreds of trials.
